Private Charter Policies
Cancellation Policy
Private charter reservations require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking and the remaining balanced will be charged 1 week prior to the charter date.
Reservations may be canceled up to 1 week prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 1 week of departure will be charged full price. This also includes making any changes to the booking.
Charter Safety
Regulations
In the event of unsafe weather or high surf conditions, our captains will assess the conditions and make the final decision. A scheduled charter may have to be canceled if the conditions are unsafe. We will reach out to all parties & offer a chance to reschedule or a full refund.
Check-in Time Policy
It is all parties' responsibility to arrive on time for their charters.
Our EcoAdventures check in at the Honokohau Marina & Small Boat Harbor. The check-in time is listed above by the date of the charter. Please arrive at the harbor with enough time to park, gather your items, and walk over to our Slip C-01.
If a private charter party is late, the amount of tardiness will affect the duration of the charter.
Taxes &
Fees
All EcoAdventures will be charged Sales Tax (4.7120%), Harbor Use Fee (3%) & Online Booking Fee (5%). All major credit cards are accepted. Prices are subject to change.
No Alcohol Policy
We have a strict policy against drinking alcohol before and during our EcoAdventures.
❗We reserve the right to refuse service, with no refund, if you have booked and have ignored our expected safety standards outlined on our website and during the reservation process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel it is unsafe for you to participate in this activity for any reason. Our #1 priority is safety for all our guests and crew.
